Driftless Books and Music is located in the incredibly rolling hills of the Driftless Region in Southwest Wisconsin.  The Driftless Bio-Region, as it is commonly called, formed nearly 2 million years ago during the Pleistocene Epoch. This area which covers parts of southern Minnesota and Wisconsin, Northwestern Illinois and Northeastern Iowa, derives it's name from being unglaciated in a region that had many glacial episodes.
